Payments
All items are in Canadian Funds. We accept cheques, money orders and for online transactions Paypal. You can e mail us your order at orders@pinkycreations.com or download our order form and send that along with your cheque or money order to the address below
Credit card payments are processed through Paypal. Paypal is an online service which allows you to send money using a credit card or bank account free of charge. Paypal keeps your account safe and secure. Please visit the Paypal website for more information at www.paypal.com
There is a flat charge of $5.00 for shipping regardless of the size of your order.
We ship using Canada Post. Orders are shipped within 2 business days from our shipping center. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders shipped within Canada are subject to both GST and PST charges.
Orders shipped to the US are not subject to Canadian taxes, however you may be charged a customs fee by US Customs.
We at Pinky Creations want you to love your order! We take pride in our products and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of your order date. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
